If you paid and could not play the episode because of a fault on our side, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Include the episode name, the time of payment, and the email used at checkout. We will restore access or refund the charge to the original payment method.
When an episode has already played successfully, that digital copy is treated as supplied and is not refundable, except where Hong Kong law requires otherwise.
